INNGUMA will be used in the European EFFRA projects

We are pleased to announce that we have just signed an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with EFFRA, the European Factories of the Future Research Association, to offer the use of INNGUMA for R&D projects under its umbrella in order to fully exploit the results of these projects. This agreement entails that free INNGUMA licenses are made available throughout projects funded by the European Commission under the Factories of the Future (FoF) programme.

A user licence of the INNGUMA BUSINESS version is provided for each project. Thus, each project will have analysts for the capture, analysis, filtering and dissemination of the information identified within the key intelligence topics of each project. This strategic information can be used for decision making by project participants from different companies, centres, universities and associations.

The user license will be valid for the entire duration of the project and is aimed at facilitating the exploitation of the developments achievable in the projects. We will also train users through online sessions to show them the full potential of INNGUMA.

As we have mentioned before, at IK4-IDEKO we have been using INNGUMA for several years now to take full advantage of the European projects in which we participate. Using Competitive Intelligence shortens the lead time of new technologies to the market significantly, foresees changes in the state of the art, speeds up the process of patenting a technology, provides a better insight of the needs of the market to adapt the performance of developments or helps to discern the best business models to exploit each result.

Based on our experience, Competitive Intelligence usually offers excellent results in the framework of this type of projects and through this agreement we want to extend this activity to more projects.
