Innguma renews its brand: a monitoring and intelligence platform ready to work with each organisation’s AI

Three glass layers in plum, violet and lavender, the symbol of Innguma’s new brand

Innguma, the monitoring and intelligence platform that originated at IDEKO, the DANOBATGROUP technology centre, today presents its new brand identity, its new website and the Intelligence Academy, an open programme on monitoring and intelligence. The change comes ten years after its first identity and responds to a deeper transformation: artificial intelligence has changed how organisations search for, summarise and use information.

Why the brand is changing

When Innguma presented its first identity, in 2016, monitoring was explained mainly as capturing, filtering and distributing information. Today the challenge is different. Language models have made conversing with information an everyday habit, and the question is no longer how to find more data, but what deserves attention, what it means and what to do about it.

Innguma responds without becoming “another AI”. An AI can analyse, summarise and write, but by default it does not know what each organisation monitors or its history. Innguma provides that context: it captures the external information that matters, filters and classifies it with AI, keeps it with its original source and delivers it to each team, including through the AI they already use. The new brand sums it up in one sentence: “Your AI brings analytical capability. Innguma brings context.”

“For 23 years we have helped organisations understand what is happening outside. AI does not change that purpose: it makes it more necessary. The more information is generated, the more valuable it is to know what matters and why. Our new identity explains what Innguma already is today,” says Eneko Arza, CEO of Innguma.

One platform, three plans and a service

Innguma is a single product with three plans, which differ in how far the context reaches, and a managed service:

  • Innguma Core: your monitoring, organised and ready for decision-making.
  • Innguma Connect: the context of your monitoring, inside your analysts’ AI.
  • Innguma Enterprise: the context of your monitoring, in the AI of the whole organisation.
  • Innguma Service: monitoring, run by Innguma analysts.

In every case, AI proposes and people decide: each organisation sets what comes in, what is published and who sees it, and Innguma does not train AI on its clients’ data.

An identity that explains the system

The new symbol is made up of three pieces that move upwards and to the right: sources, signals and knowledge that build up without losing their traceability. Its three shades (plum, violet and lavender) give their names to the platform’s three plans.

The essentials remain: the name, the specialisation in monitoring and intelligence, and the methodological rigour of its origins in a technology centre.

New website and Intelligence Academy

From today, the new website, innguma.com, explains the platform and its plans and features monitoring case studies on video.

The Intelligence Academy, which also opens today, is Innguma’s open programme for turning information into useful intelligence. It brings together six learning paths, 30 lessons and more than 16 hours of training, nine hands-on Intelligence Lab experiences and a library of 16 reusable tools, in Spanish, Basque, English and Brazilian Portuguese. Those who pass the final assessment receive an Innguma certificate.

Proven rigour

  • 23 years of monitoring, with its origins at IDEKO (DANOBATGROUP).
  • Innguma, a company certified under UNE 166006:2018, the standard for monitoring and intelligence systems.
  • Spain’s National Security Framework (ENS), Medium category.
